She will also identify conservation strategies that best promote resilience.	Featured Dataset Growth and Mortality of Tropical Tree Species  Richard Condit et al. A collection of five data packages on distributions of tree species, both at local and regional scales, at locations in Colombia, India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Ecuador.
